Dungeon Crawler Carl
32 characters met through Bk 7 · Ch 1
Only what's revealed up to your chapter is shown — later reveals stay hidden.
Earth is razed by the Borant Corporation; the surviving humans (and a few other species) compete in a galaxy-broadcast dungeon-crawl reality show. Carl, a Coast Guard veteran caught outside in his boxers and Crocs at the moment of the apocalypse, descends with his ex-girlfriend's now-sapient tortoiseshell Persian cat, Princess Donut.
System
An alien Syndicate AI runs the eighteen-floor World Dungeon as a galactic game show. Crawlers level up, pick a race and class on the third floor, and keep evolving them floor by floor — fed by achievements, sponsors, and loot boxes whose tier tracks how well the show upstairs is going.

Carl & Princess Donut
- ClassCrawlerBk 1 · Ch 2
System-issued baseline role for every dungeon entrant — no class kit until the Floor-3 selection
- ClassArtist Alley MogulBk 2 · Ch 1
A Charisma- and Intelligence-based "modern-day merchant" class — an artist-alley vendor who is hard to hurt but no physical threat; Donut's Floor-3 Character Actor specialty and Manager-Benefit-gambit decoy
- ClassFormer Child ActorBk 2 · Ch 1
Manager Benefit — class assigns the crawler's Game Guide as a permanent Manager, teleporting to whichever saferoom they occupy
- ClassCompensated AnarchistBk 2 · Ch 2
Monk/Rogue hybrid — trap-maker, bomb-maker, hand-to-hand fighter, "social-media dynamo"
- ClassMonster Truck DriverBk 2 · Ch 21
Earth-flavored Juggernaut — combined-class label for the Staunch-Barrier × Jouster stack
- ClassForsaken AerialistBk 2 · Ch 26
The goat-crawler Prepotente's original Caprid class — an aerial/acrobat class the System never describes mechanically on-page; he reaches Level 34 by the Floor-4 close before rerolling
- ClassFootball HooliganBk 3 · Ch 1
Earth-class melee brawler tuned for tight quarters — momentum bonus, team buffs, mascot interactions
- ClassNimblefoot EnforcerBk 3 · Ch 21
A fast melee / enforcer class; first surfaces in a hunter status read on Floor 4
- ClassBogatyrBk 3 · Ch 25
Maxim Popov's class — the warrior half of the two-headed nodling's class pairing (a bogatyr is a Slavic knight-errant)
- ClassGlass CannonBk 4 · Ch 1
Character Actor benefit gives a chance at any chosen class's benefits — Donut got every benefit except the +15 Constitution
- ClassLegatusBk 4 · Ch 4
Bogdon Ro's class — a military-command class (a legatus is a Roman legion commander)
- ClassBoring Ol' FighterBk 4 · Ch 20
A plain, unglamorous melee fighter class; surfaces in a status read on Floor 5
- ClassAgent ProvocateurBk 5 · Ch 1
Advanced Bomb Maker's Workshop has two functions — virtual bomb simulation (copy bombs, run explosions, pause and inspect blast geometry) and a crafting table that dissects and tweaks existing explosives
- ClassLegendary DivaBk 5 · Ch 1
Two song types — karaoke (read lyrics, invent melody) and inverse (melody plays, invent lyrics); spell power scales with how well the singer stays in key
- ClassBlood TrackerBk 5 · Ch 5
Carried by Hunter Xindy, a flying Mantis of the Dark Hive; a pursuit / tracking hunter class
- ClassStriverBk 5 · Ch 5
Carried by Chin'dua, an unaffiliated Draconian hunter; the System status read named the class but gave no description
- ClassProfane VitiateBk 5 · Ch 6
Prepotente's reworked class on Floor 6 — replaced his Forsaken Aerialist class after his transformation; the System gave no mechanical description on-page
- ClassSergeant-at-ArmsBk 5 · Ch 8
A martial / security class; Quan Ch switched into it from Imperial Security Trooper after losing an arm at the end of the previous floor
- ClassTundra PrincessBk 5 · Ch 8
Elle McGib's class — an ice / cold-themed class fitting her Frost Maiden race

- ClassLight ClericBk 5 · Ch 11
A healing / support clergy class; Tam, an elderly ursine of Point Mongo, is a Level-45 Light Cleric
- ClassLight Recon SpecialistBk 5 · Ch 13
Carried by Clint Smashgrab, the Were-Kin squad leader; a scout / reconnaissance class
- ClassArtillery SpecialistBk 5 · Ch 22
The Dream's artillerists raid mounted and bring no siege engines — they field-grow a thrower from poison bamboo using a Bamboozeled cast plus druid magic, slinging loads around 300 kg
- ClassShell MageBk 5 · Ch 25
Edgar the tortoise's caster class; casts a wide-area concealment spell large enough to hide a whole army
- ClassViper QueenBk 5 · Ch 78
Poison-spitter class — Donut's Floor-7 Character-Actor reroll, picked sight-unseen inside the Great Race glass pod
- ClassMaster Telephone PsychicBk 6 · Ch 1
A psionic mapping-and-control class — Donut's Floor-8 Character-Actor reroll; trades the Viper Queen slot for vastly expanded mapping plus offensive charm/affliction spells
- ClassDeathbed HellcatBk 7 · Ch 1
A long-range sniper-and-assassin class — Donut's Floor-9 Character-Actor reroll; it adds few new spells but quadruples the range of all her existing ones, sharply raises her Dexterity, and improves the odds that a spell scores an instant kill
