Posts and reviews
The public fact catalog is written by the operator. Readers do not contribute facts — there is no UGC path into the catalog. What you can post from a Loremark account is narrow: ratings, review text, and private notes bounded to your own profile. By posting any of those you agree that the content is your own; that you will not paste verbatim prose from the underlying works; that any quoted excerpt is short and attributed; and that you will respect takedown notices and rights-holder requests.
Subscriptions and billing
Loremark Plus is an optional paid subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks non-flagship Skills, Classes and Items plus the companion tools. The free tier — tracking, every character's Stats card, and the flagship's curated progression catalog — never requires payment.
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle handles payment, receipts, and local tax, and your card details never reach our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your settings or via the link in your Paddle receipt; access continues to the end of the paid period. Introductory offers renew at the then-current standard price, shown at checkout. If the standard price changes, we notify you by email before your next renewal.
Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Rightsholders
If you wrote one of the series we cover and want changes — or want it removed — write to abuse@loremark.app or use the takedown form. Author requests are honored within 14 days; commercial counter-disputes go to the standard DSA Art. 16 process.
Suspension
Loremark may suspend or remove accounts that repeatedly post infringing content (DSA Article 23).
