The 14-day window
Every Plus purchase carries a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of payment — the annual plan and the 30-day pass alike. Renewal charges on the annual plan are refundable on request within 14 days of the charge. Outside that window, write to us anyway if something went wrong (a double charge, a renewal you didn't expect); we handle those case by case and lean toward the reader.
How to request one
Email abuse@loremark.app from the address on your account, or use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you at purchase. Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — the refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Plus access ends when the refund is issued.
EU right of withdrawal
EU and EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU). This policy meets that right without paperwork — you don't need to cite it or fill in a withdrawal form, though you may. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under EU or Estonian consumer law.
Cancelling vs. refunding
These apply to the annual plan, which renews until you stop it. Cancelling stops the next charge: cancel anytime from your settings or via your Paddle receipt, and Plus stays active to the end of the year you already paid for. A refund reverses a charge already made, within the window above.
The 30-day pass has nothing to cancel — it is a single charge that grants 30 days and then stops on its own. It is still refundable on the same 14-day terms; refunding one ends its access immediately.
Deleting your account does not by itself trigger a refund — if you were charged within the last 14 days, request the refund first.
